Connecting with friends and family, of common minds and values is where things appear to be headed for now, trying to share wisdom with the youth of the present day is sometimes muted by their own strong will, yet I am inclined to believe they are destined to find their own lane and we pray they are listening yet we can't stress or be dismayed for they may understand more than our generation gives them credit for, but while we're waiting to find this out we have to try an continue to empower and encourage our own generation.

Malcolm Gladwell stated once you have sucessfully completed 10,000 hours at a task you're considered and expert, so more times than none I blog to inspire and inform others while I continue in my personal growth. Advice always comes right on time but the application and execution is crucial and has to be timely. What works for some doesn't work for others and this has to be understood for max effectiveness. I will continue to expound, inspire and inform from this point of view as time permits.
Not that long ago men and women recognized an adolescent as an adolescent. But nowadays age doesn't matter, so from teachers to R. Kelly, it's felt all ages are fair game.
Yes. At times we may all feel less attractive than usual as well as feeling ourselves at times but their has to be an age line drawn.
There is no need to look to your president as being a positive example, he being a man in his seventies married to a woman in her forties. Lets be clear here, this post may seem to be a bit judgemental yet its becoming more "apparent" to see why "a parent" stays involved.
You even have middle aged co-workers seriously considering "fanciful encounters" with these younger co-workers, And this shit ain't cute.
Whats your take? You are always welcome to leave a comment, in the comment section.

Mistakes are bound to be made but if you can spare someone the inconvenience...why not?
We have it set it our minds that youth won't listen but is this any reason not to say something?
An adults greatest fear should be to leave this earth without sharing some well needed, seasoned knowledge. Remember all we can do is tell'em

I'd never be mistaken for a people person, in fact (The best half calls me "angry man") for I try to just interact with certain folk.
If I know you, we'll have an encouraging interaction but if not...well things may be a bit hush.
Yet no one in my circle thinks this because they've never seen that side of me lol.
But I have to keep reminding them that, the reason is because they are in my circle...duuuh.
Yet In all seriousness though we have been taught as toddlers, to say please and thank you and also to show yourself friendly, but at this tenure in my life, I'm not seeking any "new" friends, because in order to let people in your circle, you have to momentarily open up your circle. And my "circle" is so overflowing a "good folk" may inadvertantly fall out. lol
But I will say if any "good folk" come in my path, that "I" deem friendly...I'd never shun them.

And remember tho' conversations of that nature may come up...being tolerant toward others opinions is "less" likens us from animals and that's what makes the world go 'round.
